‍Enabling Works Package - Principle Contractor

Summary

‍Econ were contracted to carry out the complete enabling works package at Tate & Lyle, we carried out all the design works, service isolations and diversion, all surveys including Ground Radar & Demolition Asbestos Surveys.

We also liaised and gained consents from all the local and statutory authorities.

We then proceeded to remove all contaminated materials including Asbestos, we decommissioned all the redundant plant and demolished the site to ground level.

Staffing requirements

‍Econ’s team included staff who met the following requirements: CSCS, CPCS, CCDO, Licensed Asbestos Removal.

Equipment/Plant Used

‍High reach excavators, crushers, telehandlers, loading shovels, bobcats.
