Econ’s Reactive Maintenance team in action

Econ’s Reactive Maintenance team was called last month ( July 2022 ) to a major incident in East London. Our teams were on site within one hour of the call coming in to our duty manager.

Econ’s role was too fence off the burnt out premises; make the area safe for the road and footpaths to reopen again to the public. The team worked into the early hours of the morning install metal fencing and security clips to ensure that no one could gain access to the properties.

“ We have dedicated teams that are on call 24/7 for these emergency situations. Our staff are fully trained and equipped for sensitive situations. Our response vans have a variety  of tools and equipment onboard for a whole range of different jobs” commented senior operations manager Liam Moore.

Our resource team for this project was:

2 x Response Vehicles

1 x Luton van loaded with equipment

30 fence panels, 60 security clips and feet

"We found Econ to be talented and professional. We recently employed them to undertake some regeneration work to help us prepare for the building of our new Queen Elizabeth II Centre. Our experience of working with them was excellent. They were conscientious and efficient when working to a tight deadline and we have no hesitation recommending them for other projects."
